2025 Summer Session — Requirements for Registration
Youth Age 8 – 10
Acting Class: Students must also enroll in Youth Choir or any dance class.
Dance Line/Musical Theatre: Students must also enroll in Youth Intermediate or Youth Advance ballet, jazz or modern class.
All Jazz and Modern classes require that the student also be enrolled in a beginner or Int-Adv ballet class.
Junior Age 11 -13
Acting Class: Students must also enroll in Choir or any dance class.
Company Audition Classes: Students enrolling in any company audition class must also take one other foundation class (ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop, leaps & turns, break dance, musical theatre dance). Students can only audition for companies within their specific age group.
Leaps & Turns: Students must also be enrolled in any of the following Advance/Co. Audition classes: jazz, modern or ballet.
Pre-Pointe: Students in this class must be in Junior Ballet Company or Int/Adv ballet and taking one other ballet, jazz or modern class. Regular ballet shoes are worn in class until instructor approves pointe shoes based on a student’s readiness.
Pointe: Students must be advance level in ballet and have teacher approval to take this class. Students must also be in Jr. or Sr. Ballet Company and take one other foundation class: modern, jazz or leaps & turns.
Heart & Soul Choir: Heart & Soul choir members are by choir director placement only. Students desiring to be considered for placement in this elite choir must enroll in the regular choir class for evaluation by the director. Current Heart & Soul members and newly placed members, must take the regular choir class as well as the Heart & Soul rehearsal class.
Junior Choir Class: Students must schedule a brief one-on-one with the choir director to assess placement level.
Dance Line: Students must also take the Conditioning class plus one or more of the following in advance level: ballet, jazz or modern.
Junior Musical Theater Dance: Must also take one or more of the following: advance ballet, jazz or modern class.
Break Dance Company: Students must also take the Conditioning Class.
High School–Adult
Acting Class: Students must also enroll in Sr. Choir or any dance class.
